We skipped the light fandango

A Whiter Shade of Pale
Procol Harum
We skipped the light fandango
Turned cartwheels 'cross the floor
I was feeling kinda seasick
But the crowd called out for more
The room was humming harder
As the ceiling flew away
When we called out for another drink
The waiter brought a tray
And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale
She said, 'There is no reason'
And the truth is plain to see
But I wandered through my playing cards
And would not let her be
One of sixteen vestal virgins
Who were leaving for the coast
And although my eyes were open
They might have just as well've been closed
And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale
And so it was that later

Beware the Ones you Meet in the Night....

The Children Of The Night - Poem by Edwin Arlington Robinson

For those that never know the light,
The darkness is a sullen thing;
And they, the Children of the Night,
Seem lost in Fortune's winnowing.

But some are strong and some are weak, --
And there's the story. House and home
Are shut from countless hearts that seek
World-refuge that will never come.

And if there be no other life,
And if there be no other chance
To weigh their sorrow and their strife
Than in the scales of circumstance,

'T were better, ere the sun go down
Upon the first day we embark,
In life's imbittered sea to drown,
Than sail forever in the dark.

But if there be a soul on earth
So blinded with its own misuse
Of man's revealed, incessant worth,
Or worn with anguish, that it views

No light but for a mortal eye,
No rest but of a mortal sleep,
No God but in a prophet's lie,
No faith for "honest doubt" to keep;

If there be nothing, good or bad,
But chaos for a soul to trust, --
God counts it for a soul gone mad,
And if God be God, He is just.

And if God be God, He is Love;
And though the Dawn be still so dim,
It shows us we have played enough
With creeds that make a fiend of Him.

There is one creed, and only one,
That glorifies God's excellence;
So cherish, that His will be done,
The common creed of common sense.

It is the crimson, not the gray,
That charms the twilight of all time;
It is the promise of the day
That makes the starry sky sublime;

It is the faith within the fear
That holds us to the life we curse;
So let us in ourselves revere
The Self which is the Universe!

Let us, the Children of the Night,
Put off the cloak that hides the scar!
Let us be Children of the Light,
And tell the ages what we are!

A Tryst in the Moonlight....

 The Moonlit Tryst

written by: Allan Kayira

She mashed his need like dark night upon sky.

Her skin tasted of lemon and salt,
a slight hint of vodka and the bleeding light on her flawless skin,
beckoned burrowed desire upon his lips.

Like lyre string, her soul played soft sound upon his ravage taunt,
his teeth and claws almost engulfed inside her flesh.

The north star shown upon their moonlight tryst,
tiding play upon their shoulders and shapes.

Inside their timid hearts,
was a blossom of rekindled romance,
like cosmic of a star cluster in a dark universe.

He was her moon for night,
and darkness brought her forth no more nightmares but
chill to satisfy her fiery need.
And the drunk-penitent's last steps got lost in the trust of her sighs with no more sobriety for sun but pleasure.

Kick up your Heels.....

High Heel Shoes - Poem by Sam Arjomandi

High heel shoes high heel shoes
Look up guys here she comes here she goes

When she wear those high heel shoes
Her nice body swings from her head to her toes

High heel shoes comes in different colors, red, black and white
Those are her favorite colors that she likes to wear at her wedding night

Something mystery about high heel shoes
When women wants to look elegant and sexy, that’s the one every woman choose
