Protector of the Forest...

The Great Forests of Eld

These are my forests.

the Great Forests of Eld

and they are plenty in number

and many in age,

were it not for their ill protections

i would have no motive,

yet i am their guardian

The Guardian of Eld

and i shall protect all creatures and life forms existing

within the walls of my sheltered,

great forests.

These are my forests

The Great Forests of Eld,

if you enter by force

i will expel you,

if you enter by compassion

i will enlist you amongst these great woods

but steer clear the fire-forest for

that is my home.

and in my home none shall be spared

for in my home is nothing

except the sanction of my heart

that was once harshly earned.

The Perfect Afternoon at the Beach....

A Day At The Beach

I stand at the beach

Sand in my feet

The sun is shining bright

It’s such a beautiful sight

I stand at the beach

Water over my feet

The sea is glowing blue

Ocean waves splashing too

I sit at the beach

Enjoying a wonderful view

Beautiful kites in the sky

Ice cream trucks passing by

I walk on the beach

A cone in my hand

The ocean breeze misty and cool

Sandcastles high and tall

I swim at the beach

Cold water on my skin

The saltwater in my mouth

Having fun without a doubt

A day at the beach

I wouldn’t have missed

Smiley faces everywhere

I always love it here

Relaxing in the Pool....

By the water's shimmering gleam,

Where the sun beats down, a golden beam,

Weary bones recline,

Letting go of troubles.

The air is warm, with a chlorine scent,

The body yields, in sweet content.

A gentle breeze, a whispered song,

Where peace and calm have stayed.

The water calls, a cool embrace,

To float and dream, in this serene space.

The mind takes leave, a moment free,

Just the sun and the water.

Dance of Life....

Life As A Dance

Life is a dance of body and mind.

Rise is balanced by fall.

We try to swirl in harmony,

one with the music we hear.

It is the music that guides our movements

as we try to interpret the story it tells.

We are all dancing to the same melody

though we may hear its accents differently.

We create our own choreography

based on how we hear the music’s notes.

Our steps will vary widely but still

we try to avoid collisions with others.

The steps we create are unique to each of us.

Mind may try to supervise every move

but body must be set free at times

to dance rhythms it alone recognizes.

In the moments that mind and body

allow each other enough freedom,

we dance the best dance we are capable of.

In the effort of trying to dance,

we face our fears and live.

The Sleeping Nymph....

The Nymph and the Dryad ~ Part 1 (Excerpt)

O, Stranger, have you ever been

To Fairyland, where things unseen

Unfold before your very eyes -

A mystery, a paradise

Among the quiet moors and flowers -

Behold the realm of magic powers.

You answer: "I have never seen

Such mysteries, except for dreams,

Where truth goes hand in hand with lies -

The mind wakes up before it dies."

Solaris, Sister to the Moon....

Solaris

Solaris, as beautifuly bright as the sun

Enlightning her path with beauty and fun

The darkness and light, must find a balance

She and her sister play in Dreams palace

And listen to whispers of mortal desire

In the depth of their sleep, celestrial fire

Found always near where her sister may be

In the darkest of depths, her light is the key

Protecting her sister from any darker force

She'd kill for her blindly, no show of remorse

But only in times of true despiratiopn

Will Solaris step in, to resolve the situation

Watching Lunaris, she stands in the light

While her sister creeps the shadows of night

A bright deadly beauty, tries never to fight

Warding off evil with shimmering divine light
