She Dreams of Simpler Days....

"To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time" Robert Herrick

Gather ye rosebuds while ye may,
    Old Time is still a-flying;
And this same flower that smiles today
    To-morrow will be dying.

The glorious lamp of heaven, the sun,
    The higher he's a-getting,
The sooner will his race be run,
    And nearer he's to setting.

That age is best which is the first,
    When youth and blood are warmer;
But being spent, the worse, and worst
    Times still succeed the former.

Then be not coy, but use your time,
And, while ye may, go marry:
For having lost but once your prime,
    You may forever tarry.

Beautiful Lady Snow....

White Winter's Lament

Of pale moon ghosts I reminisce
on how I've froze
in powdered woes
And Nothing good can come of this
struck by love's
snow lightning doves
And Lady Winter's frigid kiss
like icebergs loosening my lips
and sinking my relationships
In blizzards of cold-blooded bliss
fearless should the pulsing stanch
invincible my avalanche

Princess Daphne's Daily Ride....

Princess duties can be time consuming and daunting. No time for yourself every moment of the day planned and spoken for.So for Princess Daphne her only escape is her daily ride around her kingdom. She is really supposed to have her personal guard with her at all times, but she easily gets away from her and rides on her own.Nothing is more freeing than to ride through tall grass with the wind in your hair.....

To Dream the Impossible Dream....

    To dream the impossible dream
To fight the unbeatable foe
To bear with unbearable sorrow
To run where the brave dare not go

To right the unrightable wrong
To love pure and chaste from afar
To try when your arms are too weary
To reach the unreachable star

This is my quest
To follow that star
No matter how hopeless
No matter how far

To fight for the right
Without question or pause
To be willing to march into Hell
For a heavenly cause

And I know if I'll only be true
To this glorious quest
That my heart will lie peaceful and calm
When I'm laid to my rest

And the world will be better for this
That one man, scorned and covered with scars
Still strove with his last ounce of courage
To reach the unreachable star

Just a Little Temptation.....

I Will

I will search for you
when stars seem to be mute
their sparkle shrouded by the cool soot of love's burning root,

I will reach for you
when my lips are lost, fever embossed,
as the night brings only frost, soul between two tears tossed,

I will pray for you
when lightening lashes the rock of my wisdom,
marking my mind with trails trenched in the temptation of Destiny's prism,

I will serenade for you
as my most sensitive skin awakens to be awashed in heaven,
seeking your sacred surfaces with open pours pronouncing passwords of passion,

I will find you
where the crossroads of creation and divination release revelation,
divulging the rudiments of desire into senses romanced by body fire and love red vision -

Music to Tame the Savage Beast.....

Patiently the Elf Maiden plays her harp,
to lure the Beast away from villagers,
no fear does she show as he draws near,
for she knows as quoted below....

"Musick hath Charms to sooth a savage Breast,
To soften Rocks, or bend a knotted Oak.
I've read, that things inanimate have mov'd,
And, as with living Souls, have been inform'd,
By Magick Numbers and persuasive Sound."
― William Congreve

The Beast he calms and begins to sway to the melody,
and to her relief and joy,
bows gracefully at her feet,
She smiles softly to herself .....
