Always the Bridesmaid Never the Bride......

Why am I always the bridesmaid

Never the blushing bride

Ding dong, wedding bells

Only ring for other girls

One fine day

Oh let it be soon

I shall wake up in the morning on my own honeymoon.

In the Name of Love.....

In the name of love

From up above

Show me how to have

The believed of love

Wanderin mind, wild thought

I am blind, no one taught

Dared to comprehend, couldn't be.

What would love can be?

Where would it be?

Who could it be?

Would it be me?

Oh... help me! ! !

Overheard an echo

Saying go...

Believe it as i do so.

You are love, see it through.....

Wide awake, was moved

In the name of love

From up above

We are love! ! !

Tears of a Clown....

 The Tears Of A Clown

Song by The Miracles ‧ 1967

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah

Now if there's a smile on my face

It's only there trying to fool the public

But when it comes down to fooling you

Now, honey, that's quite a different subject

But don't let my glad expression

Give you the wrong impression

Really, I'm sad (sad, sad, sad, sad)

Oh, I'm sadder than sad (I'm hurt so bad)

You're gone, and I'm hurtin' so bad (I pretend to be glad)

Like a clown, I pretend to be glad (sad, sad, sad, sad)

Now there's some sad things known to man

But ain't too much sadder than the tears of a clown

When there's no one around

Oh yeah, baby

Now if I appear to be carefree

It's only to camouflage my sadness

And honey, to shield my pride, I try

To cover this hurt with a show of gladness

But don't let my show convince you

That I've been happy since you

Decided to go (why did you go?)

Oh, I need you so (I need you so)

I'm hurt and I want you to know (want you to know)

But for others I put on a show, ooh yeah (it's just a show)

Now there's some sad things known to man

But ain't too much sadder than the tears of a clown

When there's no one around

Oh, yeah

Just like Pagliacci did

I try to keep my sadness hid

Smiling in the public eye

But in my lonely room, I cry the tears of a clown

When there's no one around

Oh yeah, baby

Now if there's a smile on my face (tears of a clown)

Don't let my glad expression

Give you the wrong impression (tears of a clown)

Don't let this smile I wear

Make you think that I don't care (tears of a clown)

When really I'm sad

Hurtin' so bad (tears of a clown)

Under a Witches Moon.....

The 5 Witches Under an Full Moon in Samhain Ritual Night

Original Poetry by @JudyConda

Beneath the moon’s enchanted crown,

Where autumn leaves drift softly down,

Five witches stand in circle’s light,

To greet the Samhain ritual night.

Their voices hum the old refrain,

Of life and death, of joy and pain,

Each heart a flame, each breath a prayer,

To honor those no longer there.

The cauldron steams, the embers glow,

The ancient winds begin to blow,

The veil grows thin, the spirits near,

Their whispers brush against the ear.

One stirs the fire with sacred art,

One chants the truth of every heart,

One calls the storm, one shapes the dream,

One guards the path where shadows gleam.

The moon above—round, fierce, divine,

Bathes all in silver’s trembling sign,

The night becomes both death and birth,

The pulse of stars, the breath of earth.

Five witches dance, their eyes alight,

Bound soul to soul in sacred rite,

As time folds in to dark and bright—

They reign beneath the Samhain night.

Feeling Blue....

There are so many shades of blue;

Different tones and different hues.

Though blue's reputation is often bad,

Not all of them are sad

The ocean

is blue and the sky is too.

Brides carry something blue when they say "I do"

Say something naughty and the air turns blue.

What sort of blue are you?

Goddess of Spring....

The Awakening

From slumber deep, a gentle hand,

Unfurls the earth, a vibrant strand.

The Goddess wakes, with sunlit grace,

And paints the world with life's embrace.

The frozen chains begin to break,

As icy grip starts to forsake.

The earth awakes, a verdant hue,

With petals bright and skies so blue.

The wind whispers through branches tall,

A symphony to rise and fall.

The rivers sing a joyful sound,

As life returns to hallowed ground.

The Goddess smiles, a radiant sight,

As darkness yields to golden light.

A promise whispered, soft and low,

Of endless bloom, a vibrant glow.

HOW IRONIC IS IT I HAVE A GREEN SKIN TO BLOG ON ST PATRICK'S DAY ^_^ I LOVE IT ♥♥♥

Night Out at the Gala......

Breathlessly She Steps on to the Red Carpet,

This night is unreal to her,

it seems at any moment the bubble will pop,

and she will plummet back into reality.

The onlookers and Paparazzi call her name,

The Camera Bulbs flash,

She pauses and takes her best pose,

If this is a dream she will have evidence of it!

She smiles and waves,

then turns and slowly makes her way inside,

Who knows what else the night will hold,

But she is excited to see what comes!

Teacher's Pet.....

Teachers Pet

I think that I'm the teacher's pet.

But trust me, I'm no poodle.

I know the answers to the tests

and like to read an oodle!

I always do my homework

and I hand it in on time.

When it's time for poetry,

I like to write in rhyme.

I'd never throw a spit wad,

pass a note or talk in class.

I'd never dream of talking back

or giving teachers sass.

It's true I'm not a poodle,

but there's nothing I regret.

I guess that I'm the perfect one

to be my teacher's pet.

The Glamour of the Night....

She Walks in Beauty

BY LORD BYRON (GEORGE GORDON)

She walks in beauty, like the night

Of cloudless climes and starry skies;

And all that’s best of dark and bright

Meet in her aspect and her eyes;

Thus mellowed to that tender light

Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

One shade the more, one ray the less,

Had half impaired the nameless grace

Which waves in every raven tress,

Or softly lightens o’er her face;

Where thoughts serenely sweet express,

How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.

And on that cheek, and o’er that brow,

So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,

The smiles that win, the tints that glow,

But tell of days in goodness spent,

A mind at peace with all below,

A heart whose love is innocent!
