The Beauty of the Flower....

Nature's Way by Alora M. Knight

Is there anything as tranquil

As a brightly glowing jonquil

That stands in sweet serenity,

A part of nature's tapestry?

A flower that never questions why,

The rivers flow and birds will fly,

Content to fill part of the plan,

To beautify the world of man.

If we would only realize

We, too, can help to glorify,

To find within each passing day

A happiness along the way.

A loving hug or cheerful smile

Can help to make a life worthwhile.

If all would lend a helping hand,

We soon would have a world so grand.

Chronos the Golden One.....

Chronos

The old man of Saturn

time's lord absolute

casts his scythe to the ground

he speaks to the revolving moons abound

He bids them a fond farewell

as his clocks stop forever and a while

it's a erroneous sabbatical

for king Chronos

He is on the verge of madness

the ages would love to see him disappear

but where he does rule

his followers are always near

They pull him protectively away

telling him to fight another day

yet Chronos bitterly weeps

with tears of blood that seep

Time to chance

time to jump

his throne is now empty

for another king to emerge

I'm Just A SkaterGirl...

Skater girl

Skater girl ride, skater girl ride away with me

Put your foot on my grip I'll hold you down while you put up your feet

Let the pain drift aside as we ride down this place

tears fall down fall down your face,

let me make it all okay

as you feel the breeze just embrace all  pain,

then let it go away

balance yourself out I'll make sure the pain will  always stay away

let the negativity go this hate isn't you

open up your mind and let me open up your eyes

don't think about the regret or shame

skater girl ride with me don't shift away

Let the wind hit your face

let reality sink in

just make sure it always stays

I’ll take you to a place where you aren’t forced to stay

Skater girl ride away.
