This Little Elf washed and curled her hair,
carefully places the rhinestone tiara her mother gave her in the curls
excited got dressed in her finest dress,
She dons her special jewelry and wrapped her shawl around her bare shoulders,
She walks into the room with bated breath,
Her heart beating a mile a minute,
a young man sees her enter and smiles,
he steps forward and offers her a bow and a his hand for a dance,
shyly she smiles and dips into a curtsy and takes his hand,
together they dance the whole night,
this has to be the best night of her life,
one she will never forget,
